Traveling has always been a hobby of mine. I’ve always loved Social Studies in school. Simply because, I get to learn about different cultures and way of life of people all over the world. I stated in my I started a blog post that I want to live in Italy for a while. Simply, because I’ve completely fallen in love with that country. I have a list of around 9 countries or so that I want to visit. At the moment, I have a Jamaican passport, so I have to shorten the list of countries I want to visit for now.
Ghana– Ghana is on this list for educational reasons. I am Jamaican, born and raised. I was told while attending school in Jamaica, that most of our ancestors were from the Ashanti tribe in Ghana. In my head, my DNA genetics break down is around 86% African and when that breaks down, 75% is from Ghana (in my head). So, I want to visit to reconnect and learn about my roots and also have fun.
Italy– As I stated in my I started a blog post, I took Italian in high school and ever since. I’ve also wanted to not only visit, but live there for a few months. I feel like Italy is the place for me (I don’t know why), I find it so beautiful, and romantic (in a way). Also one of my favorite movies is La Vita E Bella (Life is Beautiful), which is an Italian movie.
Cuba– I’ve always wanted to go to Cuba. The place is just beautiful and the architecture is everything and old-school vibe is everything.
The Philippines– The Philippines is similar to the Caribbean (maybe better, IDK). A tropical getaway, only difference South- East Asia.
Fiji– Fiji has been on my list for the longest. I will never change until I visit.
Egypt– Once upon a time, I wanted to be an archaeologist and Egypt was my top country to work in. Now, I no longer want to be an archaeologist, but I still want to go. Who doesn’t want to see those pyramids in person?
Barbados– I’ve always wanted to go to Barbados for crop-over; which is a type of festival.
Bora Bora- This country has been on my list since Keeping up with the Kardashian. Just beautiful.
The Maldives- I was so happy when I found out about this country. One word, beautiful.
